A 1 hour mix of lower and core exercises that combines resistance and cardiovascular training!
This is open to all levels of fitness, containing a 10 minute warm-up, 45 minute workout, and 5 minute cool down!
Come and join a team of females who are having fun whilst improving their mental and physical health.
Please bring a mat, towel, and a bottle of water!
