Sophie came to me confused by mixed advice she had been reading online. She’d also been doing predominately cardio based training, with some unstructured weight training on the side.
First off Sophie was given a daily calorie and protein target. She was adviced that she could still eat the foods she enjoyed, as long as they fitted her calorie and protein numbers.
Next up, Cardio was removed from her training. And she was placed on a well-structured weight based routine, containing big compound exercises like squats, deadlifts, lunges etc. She knew exactly what she was doing both nutritionally and exercise wise!
Fast forward to the right photo she is now on a complex four-way training routine, with a specific focus on glute work!
