Rob’s Transformation

Rob came to me wanting to put on muscle and drop body fat. we introduced weight based exercise into his life 4/5 times a week, that we progressed over time. He walked into the gym knowing exactly what he was doing!

Ironically we actually had Rob eating more calories than before he came on board. He was set a target of around 3300 calories and 180grams of protein a day!
