My Man Nathan came to me after visiting the doctor, who’d told him if he didn’t do something about his weight he wouldn’t be here for much longer!
As with all my clients, Nathan was given calorie and protein numbers to work towards on the food tracking app My Fitness Pal. His initial calorie numbers were 1800, meaning although in a calorie deficit, it wasn’t so extreme he wouldn’t sustain it.
There was no use of cardio machines in Nathans journey. His results have come about purely from weight-based training. Being put through a progressive workout structure, knowing exactly what he was doing every time he walked into the gym.
