Molly was a classic cardio girl. That was until she became one of my clients!
For the first time in her life, she was given calorie and protein numbers for her own body and goals. She could still eat and drink normally, as long as they fitted within these calorie and protein numbers.
Like all clients, she was given structure within her weight based workouts. The treadmill was swapped for the squat rack. Throughout her time with me, her workouts were progressed, with new exercises added monthly!
