James’s Transformation

Prior to joining Sam Jones Fitness James had been playing squash three times a week and with no nutritional understanding of how to feed his body to achieve his goals.

James wanted to increase muscle mass and drop body fat. He was given daily calorie and protein numbers to work towards and placed on a progressive, weight based workout routine.

Through his transformation James walked into the gym knowing exactly what to do and could still eat and drink the things he enjoyed as long as they fitted within his target calorie and protein numbers.

No fad diets or generic plans here. Every aspect of James’s online area was tailored for his own body and goals.
