Jade, like many, came to me with no understanding of what to do nutritionally or exercise wise in order to achieve her goals.

So, like all clients, she was put on the food tracking app My Fitness Pal. And given calorie and protein numbers to work towards daily. On top of this, she was given a structured weight based routine, with an understanding of correct form, reps, and sets.

Gradually her workout structure has been progressed from an upper/ lower body routine to a complex four-way routine!

Along the way her calories have been slightly increased as her body fat has decreased!
