If you have been following me for a while you’ll know what I preach daily; That everyone should have an understanding of their daily calorie and protein requirements. It is these two numbers that will decide whether you get the body you desire.
This is why I have created this recipe area. These meals are predominantly quick, high protein meals. With ingredients from major supermarkets, so you can rest assured the calories and protein content in your meals will be the same as on here.
There are filterable meal ideas for breakfast, dinner, and tea. As well as on the go ideas for people with busy lives. You can also filter them down by calorie and protein content.
Each week new meal ideas are added by me, and our Wonderful in-house chef Vicky. She will be adding the occasional ‘naughty’ treat as well.
Remember it is eating over our bodies maintenance daily calorie requirement over a period of time that makes us overweight, not one individual food or meal!
